Our team works together daily to effectively manage operations across our Madison and Janesville locations. We strive to have a professional, yet fun atmosphere for our staff to come to work everyday and in turn, hope that we create a professional, yet enjoyable experience for our customers.
HEIDI
Owner
Heidi is the Owner / Operator of Badger Testing Services LLC. Heidi has 18 years of experience in drug testing and DNA services. She worked for similar organizations in the tri-state area, before opening and managing a location for Wisconsin Drug Testing on the Southwest side of Madison in 2016. In 2020, Heidi's success allowed her to become the sole owner of her business and the name was changed to Badger Testing Services. In late 2022, Heidi opened a second Badger Testing Services location in Janesville, WI.
Heidi strives for simple, urgent, and professional customer service. A passion for her business is apparent in her energetic and charismatic demeanor.
Heidi is a Madison-area native. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education, Health & Physical Fitness from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Heidi also holds a Phlebotomy Technician certificate.
JEAN
Nurse Practitioner
Jean attended nursing school at Midstate Technical College
and graduate school at Frontier Nursing University.
She enjoys spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about Jean - she played roller derby for 3 seasons!
SARAH
Nurse Practitioner
APNP, AGPCNP-BC
Sarah has always wanted to make a difference in each patient's experience of health care. She has a passion for personalizing patient care to each individual patient and making them feel heard. She loves working with geriatric population in Primary Care.
Sarah is nationally certified to complete DOT physicals. She has been working at Badger Testing since June 2023.
Sarah's background includes a MSN in nursing in 2019 from Marquette University with certification course for Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She completed this education and became board certified in 2021. Sarah has worked as an RN on a Med-surg floor for 3.5 years, specializing in geriatric care and stroke work-up.
YESENIA
Nurse Practitioner
Yesenia is a nurse practitioner with 8 years of critical care nursing experience. She is a native Spanish speaker and aims to provide thorough, respectful, and friendly service. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Some of her interests include traveling, camping and enjoying the outdoors.
ABBIGAIL
Office Manager
Originally from Iowa, Abbigail relocated to McFarland, WI in 2018.
Abbigail's purpose and focus in life is her family. She is 29, has two daughters and is newly engaged!
Her hobbies include live music, creating mixed media art, and any activity that involves being outside in the sunshine! Abbigail, a self-proclaimed food critic, is also passionate about cooking and eating.
SARAH
Administrative Assistant
Sarah is our most recent addition to the team. She comes to us with a background in teaching and management, but most importantly is the mother of 3 beautiful girls. Sarah is new to Wisconsin as of 2020, and so far loves it.
Sarah grew up in Europe and still enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance. She also enjoys reading, biking, and running. She is a huge animal lover, she has a dog, 2 rabbits, and 3 chickens.
CONNOR
Administrative Assistant
Connor has lived in Wisconsin his entire life. He loves sports (i.e. Brewers, Packers and Badgers), evidenced by the fact he named his 2 doggos Lambeau and Wrigley! In addition to sports and his fur babies, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend of 4 years.
