Our team works together daily to effectively manage operations across our Madison and Janesville locations. We strive to have a professional, yet fun atmosphere for our staff to come to work everyday and in turn, hope that we create a professional, yet enjoyable experience for our customers.
OWNER
HEIDI
Heidi is the Owner / Operator of Badger Testing Services LLC. Heidi has 18 years of experience in drug testing and DNA services. She worked for similar organizations in the tri-state area, before opening and managing a location for Wisconsin Drug Testing on the Southwest side of Madison in 2016. In 2020, Heidi's success allowed her to become the sole owner of her business and the name was changed to Badger Testing Services. In late 2022, Heidi opened a second Badger Testing Services location in Janesville, WI.
Heidi strives for simple, urgent, and professional customer service. A passion for her business is apparent in her energetic and charismatic demeanor.
Heidi is a Madison-area native. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education, Health & Physical Fitness from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Heidi also holds a Phlebotomy Technician certificate.

ABBIGAIL
Originally from Iowa, Abbigail relocated to McFarland, WI in 2018.
Abbigail's purpose and focus in life is her family. She is 29, has two daughters and is newly engaged!
Her hobbies include live music, creating mixed media art, and any activity that involves being outside in the sunshine! Abbigail, a self-proclaimed food critic, is also passionate about cooking and eating.
NURSE PRACTITIONER
KATE
Kate is originally from Iowa and relocated to Madison in 2019.
Kate completed her Adult-Geriatric NP degree in 2023 and finished her Family NP degree in 2024.
She lives at home with her husband and dog Cora. She enjoys golfing, jeeping, and hanging out with friends and family.
